Let's take as an example twenty employees of a small company, all of them not working because there are problems with one of the servers, how much does it cost to the company?

The monitoring is the process that allows you to verify in a continuous way the efficiency of the business systems, aiming to identify quickly the problem and keeping records of its duration and seriousness .

The first version will be centred on the monitoring of windows (xp, 2000, 2003) operating systems

the system can create the hardware inventory of the monitored machines (brand of the microprocessor, amount of available ram, serial number of the machine, network interface, disks…) and it can verify their usage

the system can create the software inventory of the monitored machines (installed applications and relative versions, prints, registry keys, …) and it can verify the processes, file system, services, system events, network efficiency,…

with the developing of business service outsourcing strategies every day it becomes more necessary to monitor their reliability in order to verify that the contractual terms are respected
